Luxury Mountain View 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo at the Top Rated, 1st Class Waipouli Beachfront Resort on the Beautiful Island of Kauaii with a Gorgeous Mountain View from the Living Room with a peek ocean view from the Lanai/balcony.

Located on the 3rd floor in highly desirable Oceanfront "A" Building, this nicely decorated 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo offers a Beautiful Mountain View with a peek ocean view when on the lanai looking right. Oceanfront "A" Building is the closest building to the ocean. There is an easy access elevator taking you within steps of the pool and beach with quiet privacy when returning to the condo.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a writing desk, full size dresser and a Master Bath with a soaking tub and a separate shower in the 2nd bathroom. With a NEW queen sleeper sofa this condo comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people. There are TV's in the living room and Master Bedroom with a large selection of channels.

Enjoy "Oasis on the Beach" Restaurant - next door to building "A"!

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

"The condo and property had nice amenities including pool and restaurant. Located close to Safeway and Big Save markets. Staff was friendly and the condo unit was clean and nicely equipped. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again. The Wailua Drive-In is a must!

"Our small condo had most everything that we needed for our stay. It was exceptionally roomy for the two of use. The property is centrally located on Kauai so that we had relatively easy access to everything that we wanted to do. An added perk was that was just across the street from a shopping center (including a Safeway) so that the only time we needed a car was for our day trips. Would absolutely stay here again.

"Our family of four had an amazing stay at this condo! We found having a full kitchen and grocery store across the street to be a fantastic combination to help offset the costs of eating in Kauai. The location is perfect to explore either north or south, and is very close to downtown Kapa'a shops. The beach isn't swimable, but is great for sitting and enjoying the ocean, wading in the water, or playing in the sand. The pool was really exceptional for a property of this type - it's why we chose this rental, and it did not disappoint. Be aware, they will only let you take 6 new towels a day (even if exchanging). There are 2 chairs, a small cooler, and a boogie board in the unit. You can rent lots of gear from the spa in the main lobby, including beach toys, bigger coolers, snorkels, etc. Seems like most things were $15 a day or $30 a week. Candace and Cathy provided excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Kauai Calls again!

"Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal close to shopping centers and everything you would need including restaurants. Everything was provided in our condo. The beach was beautiful however our kids needed water socks to get in due to rocks and coral. The pool was perfect for our family and kids really enjoyed it. We would definitely love to come back and stay at this ideal property. Thank you!

"The Waipouli Beach Resort is a great choice for Kauai! Clean, beautifully furnished condo with full kitchen! The resort is right on the beach, pool, gym, restaurant, rentals all on site. Best shave ice on the island and Safeway right across the street. Just south of Kapa’a and central to all points on the island. Close to airport, 6 miles away. Traffic on Kuhio Hwy can be tough so leave plenty of time to get to your destination. Owners were great about anticipating our needs and no need to contact them other than asking for a late check out when our flight out changed. They were responsive and we were able to stay until 8:30pn for a reasonable fee. My second time here and I’ll be back! Great bargain for a great place to stay on the island! Family friendly and best bang for your buck!

"The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The booking was very convenient and everything was as it was advertised. Enjoyed our stay and even though we usually stay at an ocean front room this worked out very well for us. Management was very responsive to the request we had asked for.

Fun family vacation

"The Waipouli Resort was gorgeous! The pool is incredible and is fun for kids and adults. The fitness center is nice and has good equipment. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Location is the best, across the street from Safeway to get groceries to cook in your kitchen. Our pullout bed was broken, but they included an air mattress so all was ok. Overall a good stay!

"We had a great time! Everything was very clean and we were provided with all the start up amenities needed. Because it was only the two of us we did not need to purchase anything more. Plenty of room for just the two of us. Resort itself is very pretty and well maintained. Within walking distance of market place and other restaurants and shopping stores. We would definitely book here again!

We will definitely try to book with Kauai Calls at Waipouli Beach Resort on future visits: + Service provided by Candace and her team was excellent. + Waipouli Beach Resort is upscale, clean, and centrally located on Kauai. You can easily walk to restaurants, Safeway, shops, etc., and drive to the north or south. + A305 was in perfect condition with a nice layout that felt like home. Kitchen is large with high-end appliances (Viking, etc). + This was one of the nicest condos we've every stayed in. Thanks Candace & Team!!
