Resort Location

Waipouli Beach Resort is located on the Coconut Coast, the eastern shore of Kauai. We are between the towns of Kapa’a and Wailua,  giving you perfect access to tons of fun day trips. Once you arrive at Lihue Airport, it is a short 15-minute drive to the resort.

Once you check into the resort, you will have access to tons of incredible features just steps away. Kids and adults alike will love our incredible water park, where children have their own separate pool and adults can relax in the hot tubs or beneath the waterfalls. Rules and Regulations

To keep all of our guests happy and safe, we have a few rules and regulations for you to follow. Our premises are completely smoke-free, and there are designated smoking areas just inside the property’s parameter. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m., and we recommend that you close and lock your doors at night and any other time when there are valuables in your unit. Please do not remove lanai furniture from your condo, turn off your air conditioner, or bring any pets onto the premises. Finally, please do not cook or grill on your Lanai, and dispose of your trash daily.
